Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State and also heard learned counsel for the informant.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Danapur P. S. case no. 644/2014 registered under sections 498A, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/ 4 of the D. P. Act. Petitioner no.1 is father-in-law, petitioner no.2 is mother-in-law and petitioner no.3 is younger brother-in-law of the informant and it appears from perusal of the first information report that it is the husband of the informant who caused burn injury to her and so far as petitioners are concerned, it is stated that they abetted husband of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21055 of 2015 (2) dt.03-07-2015 informant and on one occasion, they caught informant and petitioner no.1 pressed neck of the informant. Considering the facts and circumstances as well as nature of allegation levelled against the petitioners and their relation with the informant, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in Danapur P. S. case no. 644/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
