JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016. About 11⁄2 litres of foreign liquor was allegedly recovered from the possession of this petitioner while the petitioner was travelling in a train.

The petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2016 and the petitioner is resident of Jharkhand State. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial
