2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mabbi P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024 for the offence registered under sections 126(2), 115, 118(1), 109, 303(2), 351(2), 352, 3
(5) of the B.N.S. lodged on 29.12.2024 by the informant, Nagendra Jha.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant recorded his statement at the emergency ward of the Darbhanga Medical College Hospital that on 28.12.2024, his elder brother was breaking the wall and upon protest, assault took place. The allegation against this petitioner is of assaulting on the head, causing injury, this led to the FIR.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that

5. Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail submits that the injury has been found to be grievous in nature
6. Considering the submissions of the parties as also the nature of injury that has come against this petitioner, no relief can be extended.
