Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code including Section 27 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Sonepur P.S.Case No. 827 of 2020.

No.50881 of 2021(5) dt.06-07-2022 2/3 As per allegation, the accused persons named in the FIR, after levelling allegation against the informant that he wanted to grab their land, badly assaulted the mother of the informant. They also assaulted the son of the informant who went to rescue his mother.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the allegation is general and omnibus. The defense side has also lodged a case against the prosecution side and in that case the mother of petitioner no.1 has sustained grievous injury. He has submitted further that the injuries suffered in the present case by the injured are simple in nature.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S.Case No. 827 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time as provided
