2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 159 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 341, 323, 379, 424/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, at the time of occurrence, the informant Milinder Singh was playing snooker in down town restaurant. In the meantime, the accused persons assaulted the informant. When informant's brother came to save him, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39680 of 2023(2) dt.03-08-2023 2/2 accused persons also assaulted him by iron rod and at the butt of pistol, they snatched Rs. 2000/- and a golden chain from him.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. They are the persons of clean antecedents and the injuries suffered by the injured persons are simple in nature, caused by hard and blunt substance.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate- Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 159 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
