Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 182 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 363/366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

As per the prosecution case, a minor girl has been kidnapped by the petitioner. The girl has been found to be aged around 17 years in the medical examination. A love letter has been brought on record by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2023.

In the aforesaid facts in the case, this application

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40091 of 2023(3) dt.06-09-2023 2/2 for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge (ADJ-7) cum Special POCSO Court Biharshariff, Nalanda in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No. 182 of 2022.
