In this case, the petitioner has raised a grievance that the order of this Court dated 31.7.2014 passed in CWJC No. 19763 of 2013 has not been complied wherein a direction was given to the Civil

Patna High Court MJC No.4072 of 2014 dt.24-05-2017 Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Arwal to take cognizance of the representation and dispose of the same. In pursuance thereof, the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Arwal has passed order contained in letter no. 690 dated 1.12.2014.

In that view of the matter, this contempt petition does not survive. Let the case be consigned.
