JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-05-2017 The present writ application has been filed for quashing the entire criminal proceeding arising out of Complaint Case No.970 of 1998 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad.

Mr. Anirban Kundu, learned SC-24, appearing on behalf of the State submits that the trial of the aforesaid complaint case has resulted in acquittal of the petitioner by judgment dated 29th March, 2016. In the circumstances, this writ application is infructuous now.

Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as infructuous.
