2. No one appears on behalf of the petitioners.

3. In the instant petition, petitioners have prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ/writs, direction/directions commanding the respondents particularly the respondent No. 4 (In charge Superintendent, Secretariat Printing Press,

Patna High Court CWJC No.939 of 2021 dt.13-05-2022 2/2 Gulzarbagh, Patna) to fix pay scale of the petitioners after adding yearly 3% increments which has been arbitrarily stopped from 2015 by respondent no. 4 and also obey the letter vide no. 4353 dated 20.05.2019 issued by the respondent no. 2 direct the respondent no. 4 to take Action benefit of Pay Fixation Fundamental Rule 22(1)A

(1) upon option application within one month."

4. The respondents have rejected petitioners' claim by passing order on 22.01.2019. Petitioners have not questioned the validity of aforesaid order which is part and parcel of the counter statement/affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 4. Therefore, the present petition stands disposed off. Reserving liberty to the petitioners to question the validity of the order dated 22.01.2019 and consequently if any order passed by the concerned authority.
