The learned counsel for the opposite parties has referred to the supplementary show cause filed by the opposite parties to submit that the entire amount of gratuity including some extra amount, found payable to the petitioner, has now been paid to him, hence the order of this Court,

Patna High Court MJC No.4449 of 2018(7) dt.25-01-2024 2/2 disobedience whereof has been complained of, has stood complied with.

In view of the aforesaid, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 15.05.2018 passed in CWJC No. 17252 of 2016 has stood complied with, hence the present petition stands dismissed.
