JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-11-2017 The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to pay the admitted due amount of work done/security deposit/difference cost of freight/increased cost of materials and carriage and other dues by the petitioner along with interest @ 18%; and for connected reliefs.
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner accepts that remedy by way of approaching the Arbitration Tribunal is available to the petitioner for redressal of its grievances.
3. In the above circumstances, this Court is not inclined to enter into the merits of the matter. The writ petition accordingly
