The petitioner seeks bail in Kudhani (Turki O.P) P.S. Case No. 447 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, some unknown miscreants committed theft of motorcycle of the informant. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner has come during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Ricky Ranjan. It is further submitted that this petitioner was running a repairing shop and he was not aware that the alleged motorcycle, which came for repairing, was stolen one. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 23.06.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Muzaffarpur (West) in connection with Kudhani (Turki O.P) P.S. Case No. 447 of 2021.
