The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 379, 411, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, while the informant had parked his motorcycle and was purchasing medicine, the petitioner and one another made an attempt to steal his motorcycle but were caught red handed.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 27.4.2021. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case.

Case no. 202 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-III, Patna.
