16-06-2015 Heard Sri Krishna Prasad Singh, learned Senior Counsel, who was assisted by Sri Rakesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Shantanu Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

Two petitioners, apprehending their arrest in connection with Bakhtiyarpur ( Balwahat) P.S.Case no.75 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 302,341,323,504, 147, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Sri Singh learned Senior Counsel submits that as per the F.I.R. itself, occurrence had taken place on 05.03.2015, whereas fardbeyan was recorded on 15.03.2015. On this ground, it

I have perused the F.I.R. as well as the impugned order. I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed. (Rakesh Kumar, J) NKS/- U
