The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.345 of 2016 registered under Section 30 of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 40 pouches, each containing 400 ml. country made liquor, from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 02.12.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6059 of 2017 (2) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.345 of 2016.
