2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 24.04.2023 passed in SC/ST P.S. Case No. 03 of 2023 by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Madhubani.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
