The petitioner is in custody in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 59 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Allegation against this petitioner is that his possession one double barrel gun and 37 live cartridges was recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has remained in custody for 4 months, the Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Let the petitioner
