Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 380 of 2021 registered for the offence under sections 498A, 323, 354A, 379, 504, 506,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is still ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity. Petitioner is a very poor man and works as part time labourer. Petitioner is ready to pay Rs. 1500/-per month to his

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 380 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
