This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code. The first information report was lodged of missing of Prem Lata. Petitioner is under suspicion. The victim-girl in her statement under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code stated that she had voluntarily gone with the petitioner as she was married with a man of sixty years by her brother-in-law. The petitioner is in custody since 13.04.2016.
Considering the statement of the victim-girl, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with POCSO Case No. 1 of 2017 arising out of Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 362 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge I-cum-Special Judge
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13233 of 2017 (2) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 (POCSO), Gaya, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
