The Court is not satisfied with the reasons and justification, indicated in the modification application, to modify the order imposing cost upon the two authorities. In fact, if the payments etc. had already been done to the petitioner and his grievance had been redressed, these facts should have been brought to the notice of the Court, when the matter was taken up, because the
Patna High Court MJC No.2773 of 2016(4) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 writ application remained pending for almost two years. This is all the more reasons that the Court is not inclined to pass any order in favour of the petitioners.
The Court is not inclined to interfere with the order. Modification application is dismissed.
