By way of this application, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "i. To issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ or writs direction or directions commanding upon the respondents specially the Anchal Adhikari Bankatwa Sub-Division, Sikrahna at Dhaka, District- East Champaran to remove the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9413 of 2023(2) dt.23-11-2023 2/2 encroachment made by respondent no.7 to 12 from public land and also to dispose of encroachment case No. 01 of 2017-18 pending before him within a period of fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

This application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to pursue the Encroachment Case No. 01 of 2017-18 pending before the Circle Officer, Bankatwa, Sub Division - Sikrahna at Dhaka, District- East Champaran at Motihari. The Circle Officer is directed to dispose of the Encroachment Case No. 01 of 2017-18 within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 4.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari forthwith through FAX or e-mail for its compliance.
