JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 22-11-2017 In this application, prayer has been made on behalf of the petitioner to make certain modification in the judgment dated 23.09.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No.12425 of 2013 as in paragraph no.2 of first page of the judgment it has been typed "02.03.2006 to 24.10.2007" though it should have been "02.09.2006 to 24.10.2007". There is also a typing error in the second last paragraph of the judgment in place of "01.04.2003" it should have been "01.04.2013".

Patna High Court MJC No.4073 of 2016 (2) dt.22-11-2017 In such view of the matter, the judgment dated 23.09.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No.12425 of 2013 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
