Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder was lodged by the wife of the deceased. She stated that she had no suspicion against anyone. However, the petitioner was abruptly arrested in this case and his confession was recorded by the police while the petitioner was in police custody.

Considering the nature of material against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35672 of 2019(2) dt.03-06-2019 2/2 with Nawanagar (Basudeva) Police Station Case No. 84 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
