2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 307, 506/337 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case, informant namely, Manoj Yadav alleged that when son of informant went to see the immersion function of Saraswati Puja , all the 21 FIR named accused persons including these petitioners and 8 to 10 unknown accused persons accosted son of the informant and pelted stone on him causing him injuries.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50916 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 allegation of pelting stone is general and omnibus against these petitioners. No specific overt act has been alleged against them. F.I.R. has been lodged after delay of 2 days without any explanation which renders the entire prosecution case doubtful. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of these petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in Suryagarha Police Station Case No. 72 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
