Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 181 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 325 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 19.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74016 of 2019 by this Court with observation that petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge and now

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36585 of 2020(2) dt.03-02-2021 2/2 the charge has been framed on 27.05.2020. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2019. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Rampur P.S.
