2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 64 of 2022 (G.R. No. 1365/2022), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the IPC.

3. As per prosecution case, marriage of informant's daughter was solemnized with the petitioner about 10 years ago. It is alleged that the informant's daughter was murdered by her husband (the petitioner) and in-laws due to his illicit relationship with another woman. It is further alleged that her dead body was secretly cremated.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The occurrence has taken place after 10 years of the marriage. As a matter of fact, there was some quarrel between the husband and wife and she committed suicide. Learned counsel has further submitted

No.38024 of 2025(4) dt.05-01-2026 2/2 that when father of the deceased (the informant) realized the fact, he has filed compromise petition, stating therein that behaviour of his daughter was not good, she used to quarrel and the matrimonial inmates of the deceased have no complicity in the alleged occurrence. He has further submitted that there is no one to look after three children of the deceased. He has also submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 17.01.2025.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 64 of 2022 (G.R. No. 1365/2022), subject to the following conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
