2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Charkapathar P.S. Case No.39 of 2026 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 126(2), 76, 324(4), 329(5), 308(5), 308(2), 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.
3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the petitioner along with others being armed with weapon arrived. It is further alleged that Munna Barnwal, petitioner and Kailu Yadav demanded Rs. 10 Lakh as rangdaari. It is further alleged that after some time, they called a JCB and demolished the

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. It has further been submitted that the nature of allegation is general and omnibus. It has further been submitted that other co-accused persons, namely, Niraj Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 33444 of 2026 and Umesh Yadav has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 37947 of 2026. It has been submitted that the petitioner is having one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail. Moreover, he is in judicial custody since 17.03.2026.
5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the Informant. Learned counsel for the informant has submitted that in this case, there is direct allegation against the petitioner and two others of demanding rangdari and that the petitioner along with others have demolished the house of the informant.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named

No.40291 of 2026(2) dt.24-06-2026 3/3 petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Jamui in connection with Charkapathar P.S. Case No.39 of 2026.
