JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners being the sister-in-law and brother of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the sister of the informant was killed after 32 years of the marriage since the husband of the victim had illicit relationship with the sisters-in-law namely Sugani Devi and petitioner no.1 Deokaliya Devi. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that only on suspicion, the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.20111 of 2015 (3) dt.19-05-2015 2/2 Considering the suspicious nature of accusation, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saran in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 82 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
