Writ was filed for payment of his post retiral dues on 20.05.2016. As usual, the University has not bothered to respond and file affidavit. In view of the same, the writ is disposed off with a direction upon the Vice Chancellor that the claim of the petitioner will be decided and whatever the petitioner is entitled in terms of payment, must be made within a period of three months. Whatever is not payable will be also communicated to the petitioner within three months with reasons thereof. A cost of Rs.15,000/- is awarded upon the Vice Chancellor and the Registrar payable to the petitioner for not filing counter
Patna High Court CWJC No.9075 of 2016(6) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 affidavit. The payment will be made from the pocket of the Vice Chancellor and the Registrar and not from the University fund.
