In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 832 of 2018, registered for the offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., the sister of the informant was married with the present petitioner and having one daughter and one son. For last 3-4 years, the petitioner has developed illicit relation with Tawaif Kittu (Hina), which used to object by the sister of the informant. On 29.10.2018, the petitioner and others came and strangulated the sister of the informant, which has
