2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 112 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 365 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code, lodged on 22.05.2022 by the informant, Kaushal Kumar Singh.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged kidnapping of his daughter and the allegation is/was against the accused persons including the petitioner. This led to the F.I.R.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner on the last occasion (on 18.06.2025) informed that both the petitioner and the girl, Sweta Kumari Singh were in relationship, subsequently on attaining adulthood, she solemnized marriage on 11.11.2022

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37332 of 2025(3) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 and now the couple is blessed with a child.

5. Since the interim protection was granted to the petitioner, he is also present in the Court along with the victim girl and both have endorsed that they have solemnized marriage and a child has also come in this world out of the said wedlock namely Shaurya.

6. Taking into account the aforesaid facts as also that the girl is a major when she solemnized marriage and has narrated that she walked out of her home on her own, would like to live with her (the petitioner herein), in that background, this Court is inclined to extend him the privilege of anticipatory bail.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur, in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 112 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
