JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Keseriya P. S. Case No. 163 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 272 and 273 of IPC and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation of recovery of huge quantity of liquor from the house of the co-accused and petitioner was named as supplier of the same.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case, having no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. In spite of case diary is available, he could not bring anything against the petitioner, except allegation in F.I.R. as stated above.
