The petitioner is in custody since 1.8.2014 in a case under sections 366A/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not the person who abducted the girl. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Mahua Police station Case No. 306 of 2014.
