2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 315 of 2023 dated 10.11.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the informant's son. On protest by the informant, they also started abusing and assaulting him. The co-accused Saroj Kumar assaulted on the head of the informant's son with lathi-danda causing injury. The co-accused Amarjeet Sahni and Sanjeet Sahni also assaulted his

The other accused persons also assaulted his son with fist and slaps. It is further alleged that the accused persons snatched the gold chain of Rs. 1,50,000/-, cash of Rs. 12,00/-, mobile phone and motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The present case is counter blast of Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 312/2023 which was lodged by brother of the petitioner against son of the informant for abduction of his sister. There is a case and counter case between both the parties. The petitioner has a clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of
