JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2019 The learned counsel for the Opposite Parties submits that the District Level Screening Committee, West Champaran, Bettiah has already taken a decision in its minutes dated 20.7.2019 to grant the benefit of ACP/MACP to the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to seek redressal of his subsisting grievances before the concerned authority.

Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty.
