The petitioner is accused in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 355 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 498(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The accusation is of torturing of the informant by her husband and her father-in-law due to non-fulfillment of demand of bed and cash of Rs.50,000/- and also to drove out her from her matrimonial house after snatching her personal belongings. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband of the informant and he has falsely been implicated in this case by his wife due to misunderstanding and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6044 of 2017 (2) dt.06-03-2017 2/2 he is in custody since 04.11.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-II, Araria in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 355 of 2016.
