In the instant petition petitioner has prayed for following relief(s):

"(i) Issuance of an appropriate direction, order or writ including respondent authority to allow the petitioner that the petitioner being minority institutions take admission of candidates of its own choice among the list of candidates prepared on the basis of

Patna High Court CWJC No.8942 of 2020(3) dt.29-11-2021 2/3 Combined Entrance Test (CET) for academic session 2020-22.

(ii) Issuance of an appropriate direction, order or writ including writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the concerned respondents authorities to allow the petitioner to admit the students in B-Ed.

Course/Programme for academic session 2020-22 in the colleges of their own choice among the declared successful candidates in Combined Entrance Test (CET)- B.Ed. 2020 held by the respondent no.8 keeping in view that the fundamental right of the petitioner as a minority institution should not be infringed.

(iii) Any other relief that the petitioner may be found entitled to under the facts and circumstances of the present case."

The concerned respondent has not taken any decision as to whether the petitioner stated to be minority institution is entitled to admit the candidates of its own choice among the list of successful candidates on the basis of combined entrance test for the academic sessions 2020-22 or not. In respect of academic issues are concerned the university must take necessary steps either accepting or rejecting on a war footing basis since the students career are at stake. Therefore, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to pass speaking order in respect of the petitioner's grievance and communicate the same to the petitioner.
