The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 238/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and different Sections of the SC/ST Act.

The informant filed a complaint case making allegation that the petitioners demanded extortion and also asked him to get registered the land in favour of them (the petitioners) which he had purchased.

It is submitted that prior to lodging of this case, Petitioner no. 1 had filed Purnea Sadar P.S. Case no. 389/2011. The police investigated the case of the informant and found the

It appears that there is a land dispute between the parties.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 238 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
