Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a rejoinder saying that the order of this Court dated 13.07.2018 passed in CWJC No. 1753 of 2018 has not been complied till date. The claim of the petitioner has been considered by the Deputy Development Commissioner, Saran and a letter was sent to the petitioner to present his position with regard to the guidelines of MANREGA for appointment of the post of Barefoot Technician. The petitioner has refused to receive the letter sent by the Deputy Development Commissioner, Saran. as per Annexures G and H. In the opinion of this Court, no contempt is made out against the opposite parties.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
