This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 341, 324, 326 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

For land dispute between the parties, the petitioner allegedly caused fire arm injury at the right waist of the informant.

Submission of the petitioner the petitioner is in custody since 02.02.2017. The injury report is in consistent with the prosecution allegation as superficial and simple laceration was found by the doctor. No wound of entry or exit was noticed, but, bullet has been produced without any seizure of the same.

Considering the back ground and nature of
