2. It is the petitioner's case that in the name of construction of a Government road the respondents have encroached upon the land belonging to the petitioner. He has filed an application before the Circle Officer, Patna Sadar and the District Magistrate, Patna on 04.09.2020 making a request for measurement of the land, as, according to him, the construction of road is being made even without measuring the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction that let petitioner's grievance, as raised in his representation dated 04.09.2020 (Annexure-3), be considered and disposed of by the Circle Officer, Patna Sadar within a period of one month from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
