====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-06-2015 The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 29 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 272 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(F) of the Excise Act, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

In the case about 30 bags of Mahua were recovered from the vehicle of the petitioner. It has been alleged that the said Mahua was being carried for preparation of country made liquor. In view of nature of accusation, let the petitioner namely, Vinod Agrawal @ Vinod Kumar Agrawal be enlarged on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of one month from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada,
