JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Writ Application is dismissed in view of the position and stand taken in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 5 to 7. The petitioner is not entitled for pension, which is based on a decision, rendered by a Learned Single Judge and affirmed by the Division Bench (a copy of which has been annexed as Annexure - A to the counter affidavit).
