2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No.245 of 2023 lodged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 333, 353 427, 447 and 504 of the I.P.C.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the bail application of the petitioners has earlier been rejected vide order dated 02.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20719 of 2024 in which liberty was granted to them to renew their prayer for bail after framing of charge.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the charge has already been framed in this case on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44716 of 2024(3) dt.28-08-2024 2/2 06.05.2024.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that it is true that the charge has already been framed in this case.
6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioners above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-III, Darbhanga in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No.245 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
7. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
