2. The petitioner has moved the Court for a direction to the authorities to grant her family pension in the revised scale as per the 6th Pay Revision Recommendation with effect from 01.04.2007.

3. In the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Bank, categorical statement has been made that such revision has been done and up-to-date payment has also been made. A

4. Having considered the matter, the Court finds that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.
