2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Gogari (Mahesh Khunt) P. S. Case No. 53 of 2005 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 472/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the State that petitioner has been declared absconder and processes under Sections 82/83 of the Cr.P.C. have been initiated against him to ensure his appearance in the Court as such petitioner is not entitled to the relief of anticipatory bail (Lavesh v. State (NCT of Delhi) (2012) 8 SCC 730, State of MP v. Pradeep Sharma (2014) 2 SCC 17, Prem Shankar Prasad v. State of Bihar 2021 SCC OnLine SC 955).
