Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bihariganj P.S.Case No.199 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation made against these petitioners and they have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and also the petitioners are females, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19216 of 2015 (3) dt.18-09-2015 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S.
