2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 419 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Section 328, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, the petitioner and others are accused of killing the deceased for demand of dowry.

4. The marriage is of year 2021. Though the petitioner submits that deceased died while being treated for consuming poison and since the family members of the deceased were informed but the police was not informed about the incident. He has further submitted that his presence is found and he has

5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. The prayer of the bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
