JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that 10 accused persons including the petitioners resorted to indiscriminate firing, resulting to killing the husband of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general and considering the same, similarly situated co-accused Sukhari @ Sukhari Mandal @ dinesh Mandal has been granted regular bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 6267 of 2015.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10010 of 2015 (2) dt.22-04-2015 consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Ekchari P.S. Case No. 12 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhagalpur.

With this observation this application is disposed of.
