JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is under suspicion to have kidnapped to the daughter of the informant.

The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that she had voluntarily left the house and had gone to her Nanihal without informing anyone. No one had kidnapped her.

Considering the statement of the victim girl, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12849 of 2017 (2) dt.21-03-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas/Successor Court, in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No.65 of 2017, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
